Whole full-grain upholstery leather hides.
These are full cowhides, ranging in size from 5' x 6' to 6' x 7' on average. The sizes vary from one hide to another. These are genuine leather hides used in making furniture and vary in thickness from 1.2 mm to 1.8mm. See pictures for the color and finish. The pictures reflect the color you will receive but may differ due to color differences in monitors and lighting. I calibrated the colors with my iMac, but the colors change depending on the kind of light they are being used. I shot the pictures using natural light. Most hides are from the USA, with some from Argentina, Brazil, Europe, and Sweden. The ones from Argentina are larger but usually have a hole in the top center. This is because the cows have a hump on their back, which is where the hole comes from. If that is an issue for your project, please message me so I can send you a picture of the whole thing before I ship. The wrinkles can be removed by ironing the back on a medium setting with a towel over the leather.
The hides are soft and supple, perfect for making oversized items such as handbags, totes, purses, pocketbooks, gun cases, small furniture, pillows, and more.
