- Tell us the pet’s name if you would like us to use it for identifying your order. The name will not be printed unless that option is offered or requested.
- We’ll prepare the photograph so it fits the wallet and blends naturally into the leather.

Choosing the best photograph
For the best result, please send:
- A clear, high-resolution photograph
- A well-lit image without heavy shadows
- A photo showing your pet’s entire face
- An image that is not blurry or taken from too far away
- The original photograph rather than a screenshot or social-media copy
Photos with simple backgrounds generally work best. We may remove or soften part of the background to help your pet stand out and allow the photograph to blend into the leather.
If your photograph will not reproduce well, we will contact you before making the wallet.
Important information about printing on leather
This photograph is printed directly onto genuine leather—it is not a sticker or vinyl transfer.
Colors printed on brown leather will look warmer and slightly more muted than they appear on a bright phone or computer screen. Very dark photographs may lose some detail, so a bright, clear image is recommended.
Because this item is customized with your photograph, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless we make an error or the wallet arrives damaged.
